We visited Yakima again recently, and came home with more apples than we can possibly use. This time they are Fujis – described as being particularly good for pies, because they hold their shape well while baking, and for snacking.
Let me know if you would like some. I have about 30 to give away. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
Meanwhile, I’ve been thinking that as things open up it might be a good time to restart the “Skyline.Notices” postings – whenever a fellow resident has something to give away, or something they need to borrow. Write me (putnam.barber@gmail.com) it you fit into either group.
