What I cant work out is how they have the brass neck to call themselves “care homes Josephine they only “care for themselves in profit taking . In one US medical care hospital that had 900 beds it employed 1300 people to process the billing ( I wont name it but its on a US medical website) If something isn”t done in this country US social / medical “care will equal UK in 20 years time
