The twin towers just east of the Cascade Tower are opening in the coming months. They are beginning to show art (hard to discern) on exterior screens. Not sure how this is really going to work but here’s a current photo I snapped. Comprised of a North and South Tower, the project includes rooftop level and third floor amenities,….“
