This is a child in trouble. Students reflect such thinking, to a matter of degree, every day. You know it’s not really funny.

As a principal I know liked saying: “Let’s scratch where we itch.” What is the actual problem? How can it be helped?

It seems the cartoon was political more than comic. The “student” appears to be a spoof on a certain wannabe presidential contender. The attitude we saw during the debate by this purported adult appears to be the actual problem which may create more students like this one. Agree it ain’t funny – just sad and scary.

    Got it. Thanks!
