    Obamacare costs are going up because all medical care costs are going up. Hospitals are doing well in this environment if they are well run but doctors offices are overwhelmed and 54% of docs are reporting “burnout”. We need systemic adjustments but not ” throw it all out and start over”

    Is there anything you can recommend we do about this, Jim? E.g., should we forward this list to our representatives and senators?

    To what factor(s) do you attribute these prices differences? Is Canada’s singler-payer system about to negotiate lower prices from the drug companies?

      I think that our representatives and senators are well aware. One big problem is that Medicare is prohibited by law from negotiating for lower drug prices – whereas the VA system can negotiate for their much low drug costs. Go figure! Big pharma spending and lobbyists control a majority of the law makers.
