In spite of the current church needs, I will miss those dear buildings with the canopy of trees above that remind me every morning , before my eyes are barely open, the time of year. I often think of Trinity as a wonderful parrish church like many that we see in England. They helped give character to First Hill. Not the impressive grand proportions of St. James, but the more quiet type found in the English country side. All things must make way for needed change, of course. But as for me, I will miss the old Trinity buildings which have become a solid, dependable old friend, even to this agnostic and skeptic. Rest well, old friend.
