Has anyone else seen this curious hawk!?
Thanks to Paul R
Wow! Could that be one of three young peregrine falcons from the Wright Rustad Building, 12101 Third, downtown Seattle who recently left their nest?
Probably a juvenile Peregrine.
I am no expert, but I think this is a falcon, not a hawk. A juvenile Peregrine Falcon. A few days ago, we thought we saw one flying from outside our OT windows but couldn’t get our binoculars on it before it disappeared.
Nice photo of what I thinki s a juvenile peregrine falcon.
Which deck? I’ll look for it! Thank you–Ann Milam
Definitely a Peregrine Falcon. P.34 of “Book of N. American Birds” almost exact photo.
