Graham Construction and the developer WestBank (out of Vancouver, BC) have parted ways on both Museum House and the two towers going in on Stewart. Somebody will probably go into bankruptcy. In the meantime WestBank just announced they are ready to tear down the Chancery on Terry and start on a 46 floor apartment building. The bldg will have 350+ units with 125 parking spaces. Construction should pick up soon on the Museum House.
