Invitation to Substack postings on preparing for the inevitable

I’ve recently begun to move my writing about end-of-life issues to Substack. I’m going to be publishing some of my older essays, along with some new material. I’ll also post several videos in which I was interviewed by Michael Hebb, author of Let’s Talk about Death–Over Dinner. If you’d like to receive them by email, I’d be delighted to have you subscribe. The posts are free and you can easily unsubscribe. A broad range of topics will be discussed including CPR, limited feeding in advanced dementia, voluntary stopping eating and drinking, and medical aid in dying. The stories will relate to my career in pulmonary/critical care medicine.
